Within Agora, you are able to create both Benefits and Benefits Packages to tell candidates and employees the full story (and quantify!) of what is included in their total compensation package.
The Benefits Package feature allows you to quantify the value of the benefits your candidate or employee is receiving. A Benefit Package is made up of the Benefits that you have created and customized for your organization.
Creating Benefits Packages
When you create an Agora account, you will have a default Benefits Package with the ability to create as many additional packages as needed for your organization. Some common use cases for creating multiple Benefits Package are:
Country specific Benefits Packages - i.e. US benefits vs. Canada benefits
Role specific Benefits Packages - i.e. Executive benefits
Employment type Benefits Packages - i.e. benefits for hourly employees
To create a new Benefits Package follow these steps:
Log in to Agora and navigate to the Benefit Packages tab in Settings.
Click Create new Benefits Package
3. Name the Benefits Package something unique
4. Click on the check box to select the Benefits you would like included in the package (keep in mind you will have needed to already have created all of the Benefits you would like added to this package.)
5. You can reorder the list of Benefits by clicking and dragging the Benefits into the order you would like them to appear.
6. Click Create
Editing or Deleting Benefits Packages
To edit a Benefits Package follow these steps:
Log in to Agora and navigate to the Benefit Packages tab in Settings.
On the right side of the page hover over the Benefits Package you would like to edit. Clicking on it will automatically pop open the edit screen.
3. When editing a Benefits Package, you will have the option to change the name, select or deselect which Benefits are included, and reorder Benefits.
4. Click Save to save your changes.
To Delete the Benefits Package, follow the same steps below but instead click Delete.
Changing the Default Benefits Package
In the case of multiple Benefits Packages the default Benefits Package will automatically be selected during in app offer creation or when an offer is created within Greenhouse or Lever (if you have enabled the integration - learn more about integrations).
To change the Benefits Package follow these steps:
Log in to Agora and navigate to the Benefits Packages tab in Settings.
On the right side of the page hover over the Benefits Package you would like to change to the default.
Click on the Set as default to change this package to the default.

Benefit Option Groups: are created and managed within Benefits Packages. An Option Group allows you to group together multiple benefits in cases when an employee might have an option to choose between multiple medical plans, for example.
Calculating Benefit Package Value: If the value of one (or all) of an employee’s benefits is set in a currency that is different from their salary, the value of the benefits package will be converted to the currency of the candidate's salary when summed up and added to the total compensation value.
